stringently monitors both the safety and quality of all
Cuisine de France products.
The Cuisine de
France manufacturing facility and products are
continuously monitored and assessed by our QA supervisors.
All Production operatives and Production supervisors are
fully trained in maintaining our strict hygiene standards
and adhering to product safety and specification requirements.
The QA team is responsible for the design
and implementation of a Quality Management System, which
controls product integrity from raw material sourcing
through processing, finished product distribution, and
presentation.
The QMS (Quality Management System) encompasses
such subjects as:
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Plant and personnel hygiene
- Raw material sourcing
- Supplier evaluation
- Process control
- Finished product testing
- Product traceability
- Pest control
- Metal detection
