A balance of both

You could say Le Provençal is the country cousin of Le Parisien. It comes from the same excellent stock – namely, a unique recipe based on our finest flours. But there is a crucial difference: half of the flour is wholemeal flour. That makes Le Provençal an excellent source of fibre. So while lovers of Le Parisien will recognise the distinctively crispy crust, light texture and delicious taste, they’ll enjoy the added benefit of wholemeal flour.
