Terms and Conditions Paris Competition

  1. The Cuisine de France “Win a trip to Paris” competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, employees of any associated companies or agents, and anyone professionally involved with this Promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary for entry.
  3. Promotion is limited to one entry per person for the duration of the competition.
  4. To enter, Entrants must firstly be a fan of the CDF Ireland Facebook page. Only CDF Ireland fans are eligible to win the competition. Entrants then visit the competition webpage included in the post. This page is located on the Cuisine de France website. Entrants must then complete the form on the competition page as requested. Only entries submitted via this page will be accepted.
  5. No applications from agents, third parties, or organized groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
  6. The Promotion is open from 1:00pm GMT on Monday 13th February 2017 to 10:00pm GMT on Sunday 19th February 2017.
  7. There is 1 prize to be won, consisting of return flights for 2 to Paris and accommodation for 2 for 2 nights in the 4 star Hotel La Comtesse by Elegancia located at 29 Avenue de Tourville, 75007 Paris. Taxis and Transfers are not included.
  8. Prize is offered as stated. The Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative to the stated Prize, will be offered.
  9. The first entry drawn at random will win a prize.
  10. The winner will be notified via Facebook message within 1 working day of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize & send their details within 48 hours of receiving this message. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
  11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize (to the extent permissible by law).
  12. By participating in this competition, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this competition, (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
  13. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and the irrespective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners (“the Indemnitees”) harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter’s use of the entrant’s submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
  14. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
  15. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
  16. Entrants will be automatically subscribed to communication via email from Cuisine de France. If Entrants no longer wish to receive communication via email from Cuisine de France, they can unsubscribe directly from these emails using the unsubscribe option.
  17. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the competition. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that might result in an entry not being registered or delivered.
  18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
  19. As concerns Northern Ireland residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.  As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
